The plate is mounted on the AA&MDSIF blood drop plaque which remains on display at the AA&MDSIF office and is displayed each year at the AA&MDSIF Patient and Family Conference. It is a permanent reminder of your loved one.

Make a donation to AA&MDSIF and you will receive Tribute Cards that can be sent to your friends, family, and colleagues. These beautiful, gold-embossed cards are a meaningful gift to honor an important event, commemorate a special occasion or memory, or as a simple note to send anytime during the year.
Cards are cream in color with the front of the card beautifully embossed with the AA&MDSIF logo in gold. The card reads:
