Help us raise awareness in your community by giving a few hours of your time. We need your help to make an impact during this special week devoted to raising awareness in communities across the country about what these diseases are, how to get help, and what AA&MDSIF can do to support patients and families.
You can make a difference! AA&MDSIF volunteers – patients and families just like you – have already started planning their awareness events. It can be as easy as volunteering at a bone marrow drive, sponsoring a dress down day at the office, or organizing an awareness/fundraising event at a local restaurant.
Use this resource center to help you plan what you’re going to do during Awareness Week — the possibilities are endless! Have questions or need help getting started? Contact Martha Crews, Community Development Manager, by email or (301) 279-7202 x103. Together, we can raise awareness about bone marrow failure disease in your own community.
