14th Annual Chicken BBQ and Auction
The 14th Annual Chicken BBQ and Auction to benefit the Torry Yahn Research Fund will be held at the Moose Lodge in Churchville, NY on Sunday, June 10th.
This great afternoon of fun, friends and hope includes a delicious chicken barbeque along with an auction with many exciting prizes.
This event is being organized by JoAnn and Don Yahn in memory of their daughter Torry, who lost her battle against aplastic anemia. Funds raised at the event will benefit the Torry Yahn Research Fund to find a cure for aplastic anemia. Thanks to donations at barbeques, and those of family and friends over the past decade, over $350,000 has been contributed to the AA&MDSIF Torry Yahn Research Fund.
If you are unable to attend and would like to show your support, please donate to the AA&MDSIF directly and indicate that your donation is for the Torry Yahn Research Fund.
Items are still needed for the auction, which is being dedicated this year in memory of JoAnn's sister Terri. To volunteer, donate auction items or buy tickets, contact JoAnn Yahn at (585) 494-1367.
