Chicago MDS Community of Hope Support Group Meeting

The MDS Networking Group will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, September 25 at 1:30 pm at the Northwest Community Hospital in the Radiation Oncology/Ambulatory Infusion Clinic in the lower level of the hospital. The group provides opportunities to exchange thoughts and ideas on dealing with MDS. Come meet other MDS patients and families in your own town who are going through the same thing as you. The group is facilitated by Kim Jensen, LCSW, OSW-C and Bozena Vargo, RN.
