Jason Harold Mendler, MD, PhD, Assistant Professor of Oncology, received his bachelor's degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He then went on to earn his PhD in Genetics and his medical degree at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, New York. Prior to joining Wilmot Cancer Center, Dr. Mendler completed his residency at and served as chief resident of the University of Rochester Medical Center, Department of Medicine. Most recently, he completed a clinical fellowship in oncology at Ohio State University Medical Center

Dr. Austin Kulasekararaj is a hematologist at King’s College Hospital, London. He has trained and worked at King's since 2004, undertaking research in molecular pathogenesis of MDS and aplastic anemia. He specializes in bone marrow failures, myeloid malignancies, and allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. Dr. Kulasekararaj also leads the King's PNH Centre, which is one of two NHS England-commissioned highly specialized services for PNH.

Dr. Duffield is a board-certified hematopathologist, specializing in the diagnosis of cancers that arise in the bone marrow and lymphoid tissues. She completed a pathology residency and hematopathology fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and joined the faculty of Johns Hopkins in 2010. In 2020, she joined Memorial-Sloan Kettering to become a member of the Hematopathology Service.

Dr. Kathryn Schmitz is a leading researcher in exercise oncology - the use of exercise in cancer prevention, control and survivorship. Dr. Schmitz, who has led many exercise trials and translated her work into clinical practice, has published more than 240 peer-reviewed scientific papers and has had $25 million in funding for her research since 2001. Constandina Herbert, MN, RN, BMTCN is the Nursing Supervisor, Blood and Marrow Transplant Clinic at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance/Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Ms. Herbert works with patients, families, and caregivers as they navigate the transplant process.

Dr. Lai's clinical expertise is in Blood and Marrow Transplantation (BMT). She specializes in autologous and allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplants for the treatment of malignant and benign hematologic diseases in adult patients. She conducts her research in the Medicine Division of Hematology/BMT at the Huntsman Cancer Center. She specializes in detecting, monitoring, and treating acute leukemias and myeloid malignancies in adults. Previously at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Medstar Georgetown University Hospital, she focused on clinical trials in acute leukemias.

Catherine Chittick, RN, BSN is an oncology nurse at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), where she has been employed for five years since the start of her career. After graduating from Sacred Heart University (Fairfield, CT) School of Nursing in 2015, Catherine joined the nursing profession as a registered nurse at the MGH as part of the eCare Nursing Residency program for new graduates. Jenna Moran, MSN, FNP-BC, is an oncology nurse practitioner with the Leukemia department at the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center in Boston, MA. She has experience in both the ambulatory and inpatient care settings.
