Dr. Oved completed scientific and clinical training that included tenures as a Fulbright Fellow with the Weizmann Institute in Israel, the NYU School of Medicine with two years as a Howard Hughes Medical Fellow, followed by a residency in Pediatrics at NYP Weill Cornell Medical College. During his residency, he developed an interest in more translational questions working with Dr. James Bussel to test a novel combination of dexamethasone and rituximab for pediatric patients with chronic idiopathic idiopathic: Usually refers to any condition with no known cause. thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP).
