B. Douglas Smith is Professor of Oncology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland, and is on the active staff of Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Michael Keng holds a clinical faculty appointment in Medicine in the Division of Hematology/Oncology at UVA Cancer Center. He practices at the Emily Couric Clinical Cancer Center in Charlottesville and serves as an inpatient hematologist at UVA Hospital. Dr. Robert Coleman Lindsley, M.D., PhD. is a physician scientist at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, specializing in research topics associated with MDS.
