Dr. Grunwald is board certified in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology. He specializes in hematology-oncology (cancer and blood disorders). He has clinical interests in acute and chronic leukemias, including myelodysplastic syndrome and myeloproliferative neoplasms, transplantation and cellular therapy. He is chief of the Leukemia Division at Atrium Health’s Levine Cancer Institute and director of the Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Program at Levine Cancer Institute. Dr. Grunwald has been named a Top Doctor by Charlotte magazine and Castle Connolly, both for multiple years

Dr. Singh completed his Internal Medicine Residency as well as his Hematology and Oncology Fellowship at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University. His clinical interests include mismatched donor stem cell transplantation , Hereditary predisposition to hematologic malignancies and Cellular therapies. His research interests include donor selection in stem cell transplantation, Transplantation for myeloid malignancies , GVHD prophylaxis and germline predisposition to Hematological malignancies
